Congressional Bill for the Right to Vote

This is a request to the 117th Congress to provide a Bill that assures the protection of the vote. And that this is to be accomplished by the simple modification in Amendment 1 as follows:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or the right to vote, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

By adding “the Right to Vote” into Amendment 1, in effect protects it at the level of Religion and the right Free speach. It is unapproachable from any challenge.

In not assuring the Right to Vote, we can be assured that the Bill of Rights in part and in all will be continually assaulted, where implicit is the right to vote.

Without protecting The right to Vote in Amendment One, as a right , it is vulnerable to Supreme Court Arbitration.

Amendment 1 and the entire Bill of Rights can be eventually jettisoned if the Right to Vote is not Protected.

Please revise Amendment 1 to account for Our Right to Vote, as much as there is a right to our Religion and Freedom of Speech. Or we Could loose them all –
